Jim Perks – The black training Dolphins

Nowadays we want to try and get the young recruits in as part of the club much, much earlier.

That’s why we give them the black dolphins, the training dolphins to say look you are part of this club, you’re not qualified but that signifies that that’s your chosen journey and we’ll start looking after you.

It didn’t go down particularly well, particularly with the retired community but without question it was the right thing to do
